“Animal” Workout: Exercising at St. Paul East RV Park


 

Hey everyone.  Here’s our latest workout video.

We have a rookie camera operator in this one – Stef’s Mom!!  Her parents are RVers too, and they’re still on the road.  We visited them at St. Paul East RV park in Minnesota, and filmed this “animal” themed workout.  There are 5 exercises, each of them resembling some animal.  We show beginner and advanced versions.  The exercises are:

  1. Inchworm
  2. Crab Reaches
  3. Panther
  4. Scorpion Reach
  5. Flamingo Balance

These exercises are great for travelers, because they require no equipment (except a picnic table or other support for beginner versions).  And since they’re full body movements, they’ll burn quite a few calories.
