Balance Practice Time!


 
Hello everyone – Balance is an often overlooked component of fitness, and something that we need to make sure to practice as we age.  Here are a few exercises to help you practice balance wherever you are.  No equipment required!

James was a good sport about these.  He really didn’t know I was going to rope him into helping demonstrate.
