Full Hour Exercise Class from the Grand National Rally

I get requests for full hour workouts all the time. Finally, FINALLY, we’ve made it happen! This was an actual fitness class I led at Winnebago’s Grand National Rally this summer. James, Lance, and I attended the rally for the very first time, and had a blast. Well, James and I had a blast. Lance stayed parked with the rest of the RVs, and got lots and lots of attention.

The exercises in the video are appropriate for seniors, but will work for anyone. You’ll see seniors in the class, but also advanced exercisers and people of all ages. You’ll need 2 things to follow along with this hour long fitness class: a chair and a resistance band. Pretty simple.  Those of you who’ve followed my classes and workout videos before know my teaching style, so you know what to expect. Besides strength and cardio segments, we do exercises for balance, coordination, and even brain-teaser moves to work your mental fitness. We do unique and relaxing stretches in the last part…all to improve flexibility and range of motion which tends to decrease with age. Those of you seniors who’ve taken the more advanced SilverSneakers classes will feel right at home doing this workout. Since I taught SilverSneakers for years, there’s definitely some carry over.

So! If you’ve got an hour, and you’re looking for a full body workout, hit play and give this one a try! And next year, hopefully you’ll attend the Grand National Rally and you can take the class in person…

Nice workout routine Stef! Loved how you integrated the start and finish of the w/o and cantered everyone before breaking off. Can’t wait to get involved in some of your classes! P.S. We have a wicked trail run all lined up for you two 😉 hehehe….

Every time I see a comment from you two I want to point Lance towards your little island paradise. And now you tease me with a wicked trail run. I’m drooling! Stop it!
