When you’ve taken your RV to a strange and cool place like Craters of the Moon National Monument, you might be eager to get exploring and less enthused about a workout.

No problem – Here’s a quick-hit workout that you can power through in just a few minutes using NO EQUIPMENT whatsoever. (Well, other than a mat, if you’re doing it on pokey lava rocks like we are…) There are two full-body agility moves, and a third one for core.  The workout consists of:

  1. The Giant Leap for Mankind – a twisting lunge that will challenge your balance and work your legs
  2. Orbiting the Sun – a full-body scrambling move that requires a good bit of coordination and agility
  3. Meteorites – a core exercise that also requires your arms and legs

Complete these in a circuit and you’re done.  Then get back in your RV and explore.  That’s what we did!
