2023 EKKO Rally Schedule: Camp Winnebago
Hello EKKO friends headed to Winnebago’s annual rally!
Stef from theFitRV here, and on behalf of your GNR hosts (Sandy D, Cheri G, Bob S, Allie B), we are so happy you’ll be joining us for GNR fun! Your daily schedules, and a little info for you GNR newbies, can be found below. James and I are excited to see y’all soon!

Note: This schedule isn’t near everything going on at the rally, though it does list everything going on in our EKKO tent as well as the rally wide festivities we think you’ll like! To see all GNR happenings, please refer to the full GNR schedule which you’ll get upon registration.
2023 SCHEDULE:
SUNDAY: 7/16 Opening Day!

| 1pm | EKKO Tent | Kickoff Party! | Our first official EKKO party to kickoff GNR! It is open house style, so swing by anytime in the afternoon, you don’t have to be there right at 1. We’ll have some drinks/treats, too! |
| 5:30pm | EKKO Tent | Welcome Picnic Sponsored by Organized Obie! . | Let’s celebrate our first evening together with food courtesy of our friends at Organized Obie! We’ll also have some welcome messages and you’ll meet your hosts. (Bring chairs!) In honor of GNR, Obie is also offering a discount off anything on their website! Use code: FITRV11 at checkout for 11% off. Thanks, Obie! |
| 7pm | Amphitheater | Opening Ceremonies! Let’s meet in the EKKO tent around 6:50, and walk to the amphitheater and sit together. | Opening ceremonies officially kick off GNR with a welcome message from Winnebago, flag raising, and introductions made. It’s a special part of GNR’s tradition, so please join us as we take time to properly honor this event! |
| 7:30pm | Amphitheater | Ice cream social | You’ll receive a ticket in your GNR welcome packet for a free ice cream at this social. It’s another GNR tradition! |
| 8pm | EKKO Tent | The EKKO Lounge Music, BYOB, dice, cards, other games, hangout time
| Bring your camp chairs, your drinks of choice, and let’s lounge in the Lounge! Activities are flexible; you can join in a game, or even bring a game for others to join! Any brave souls can take the mic and do karaoke. Musicians, please bring your instruments; we love impromptu jam sessions! |

| 8am | Unsure, check the GNR schedule | (Rally-Wide) First Timers Seminar | Overwhelmed with all the things on the rally schedule?! You’re not alone! Attend this seminar and learn how to navigate GNR like a pro. |
| 9am | EKKO tent | Morning Roundup Hosted by: FitRVers Stef & James | Grab your coffee and come join our morning chat where we’ll go over the days’ schedule, answer any questions, and the best part—talk EKKOS! (We’ll also be reminding you to sign up for Wednesday team trivia!) |
| 10am | EKKO tent | Photo Time | We’re taking a group photo and we need YOU! Requesting all owners meet in the tent for this very special picture. Wear any EKKO shirts if you have them! |
| 11am | EKKO tent | Lithionics talk | Come listen to a chat with Lithionics! This will be Q and A style, so bring your questions. |

| 1-3pm | EKKO row | EKKO Garage Sale | Get a Garage Sale sign from your hosts, stick it in your EKKO window, and you’re open for business! Set anything outside you have to sell, swap, or giveaway, and the sign lets shoppers know you have things to sell. Advertise ahead of time by leaving a comment on the post (find it in our EKKO Facebook group Events) what you’ll be selling. |
| 3 – 5pm | River Oaks Parking Lot (meet in EKKO tent) | (Rally-Wide) Happy Hour
| Two choices: Either meet in our EKKO tent at 3pm, and walk over with our group—or we’ll just see you there whenever you want to come on your own! Head to River Oaks parking lot and enjoy a complementary drink and conversation with your fellow rally attendees! |
| 5:30pm | Rally Grounds (but meet before in EKKO tent) | (Rally-Wide) Winnebago Welcome Party | Let’s meet in our EKKO tent at 5:20pm and walk over together. This is a new event, so we’ll experience it for the first time together!

| 6pm | Rally Grounds (see main schedule for exact location) | (Rally-Wide) Campfire Jamboree
| Winnebago will be providing a full cookout meal as well as s’mores charcuterie boards so you can make your own s’mores over the campfire! Enjoy stories told around the campfire by a professional storyteller. |

(or whenever you’re back) | EKKO tent | The EKKO Lounge: OPEN BAR NIGHT!
Music, dice, cards, other games, hangout time | Tonight, if you’d like please bring a drink to share—wine, beer, liquors, non-alcoholic, anything for mixers—like limes, rum and coke, vodka and orange juice! We’ll put all drinks out and we’ll have an awesome open bar– and they’ll be yours for the taking all night. |
