Interview with Pleasure-Way CEO Dean Rumpel

I’ve written before that one of the good things about going to RV shows is that you get to interact with the RV manufacturers. Usually, this will be a manufacturer’s rep at the show. But last weekend at the Pomona show, we hit the jackpot, so to speak.

Dean Rumpel, the CEO of Pleasure-Way Industries was there at the show, and agreed to film a quick interview with us. If you’ve watched any of the videos on the Pleasure-Way YouTube channel, you’ll recognize him. We found him to be very knowledgeable about his product line for someone all the way at the top, and a nice guy to boot.

We only had him for a few minutes, but we hope you enjoy this interview with the head of one of the few remaining family-owned RV manufacturers in North America.

James is a former rocket scientist, a USA Cycling coach, and lifelong fitness buff. When he's not driving the RV, or modifying the RV (or - that one time - doing both at once), you can find him racing bicycles, or building furniture, or making music. In his spare time, he works for a large IT company.

Do you know what month Pleasure Way releases its next year models? Specifically when will 2017’s be available? I can’t find this info anywhere on the internet. Your website is extremely helpful and informative! Thanks!!
