I’m glad you’ve stopped by, Fit RVers!

Let’s kick this new year off right! If you’ve set some weight loss goals, this quick exercise video is for you. This do-anywhere travel-friendly workout is perfect for beginners, but even you more advanced exercisers will be breathing heavy! Plus, it’s all bodyweight exercises and requires no equipment…so those of you out on the road in your RVs; no excuses!

Now here’s how this video will really help you out.  We all know that to lose weight, we need to burn mega-calories. To burn mega-calories in the shortest amount of time, we need to do exercises that engage as many muscle groups as possible.  Think about it – working your arms, legs, and core is going to burn a lot more calories than just working on your arms alone, right?  The good news here is that every single one of the exercises in this video incorporates more than one muscle group.   And in addition, we want to get our heart rate up and break a sweat. That’s exactly what we do in this workout video – all in just about 10 minutes!

And just remember, even if you don’t like exercise, you WILL like how you feel when you’re done. Hang on to that thought, and just get going. I PROMISE you won’t regret it.

May this be your fittest year ever, gang. Safe and healthy RV journeys to you all!

      Stefany,

Thumbs up! These videos and workouts of yours are awesome. I like variety, so I must have options.

I am embarking on a part-time RV lifestyle, and my biggest issue has been how to workout on the road.

I’m bringing my bike to exercise the pups, but what about MY upper body? Thanks for sharing some torso building/maintaining exercises.

Hi Kira! So glad they’ve helped! Have you seen my full-body no equipment needed printable workout? It does a great job of hitting your upper body, too, and I’d definitely recommend printing it out and sticking it in the glove box. Here it is: https://www.thefitrv.com/workouts/our-no-equipment-bodyweight-rv-workout-video-and-printable-included/

Also, we always travel with our resistance bands kit. Included with that kit are straps so we can loop the bands around a tree, a pole, whatever…and get a workout wherever we are! Here they are on Amazon: http://amzn.to/2pyvjWD

A more expensive investment would be a TRX, but if you’re serious about your fitness on the road, I highly recommend! Here’s the TRX we use: http://amzn.to/2p6GuCu

Glad you’re staying fit-focused as you plan your RV travels; good for you! I’ll be rooting for you, keep me updated! xoxo

We didn’t have any plans to make a 35 minute (or longer) workout for our channel, but that’s an interesting idea. The trouble with YouTube is that very few people will watch a video that long!
Several people have asked if we have a DVD for sale or something, so it comes up from time to time. I’ll add you to the list!
We do have all our RV fitness videos in the “RV Fitness” playlist on YouTube. You could pick out your favorites and make your own playlist, set them to autoplay, and they would run one after the other.
Stef has three “Senior Fitness” videos we shot in a 5th wheel that could be strung together into one workout like that. In fact, that’s how we made it – we took a workout she taught in a group fitness class and just broke it into thirds!
