Now here’s how this video will really help you out. We all know that to lose weight, we need to burn mega-calories. To burn mega-calories in the shortest amount of time, we need to do exercises that engage as many muscle groups as possible. Think about it – working your arms, legs, and core is going to burn a lot more calories than just working on your arms alone, right? The good news here is that every single one of the exercises in this video incorporates more than one muscle group. And in addition, we want to get our heart rate up and break a sweat.
