We really enjoyed our time at Buckskin Mountain State Park (despite the long name that Stef can’t really get right). One of our mornings there, we got out and filmed these three stretches. These are dynamic stretches, so you’ll be moving throughout the stretch. You’ll especially appreciate the movement and stretching if you’re about to pack up and hit the road.
Oh – and just because we’re calling these morning stretches, that doesn’t mean you can’t do them in the afternoon, evening, middle of the night, whatever.
