Exercise while RVing – Core Workout at the Grand Canyon


Hi everyone!  Here is another exercise video we made while we were staying at the Grand Canyon.  James had just completed a bike clinic where they told him he needed a stronger core, so I decided to hit him with this workout!  We go through four exercises that will work your core. They’re all based on a “plank” position, and we show both beginner and advanced versions.  You can use a bed or a table to help with the beginner versions, but other than that, no equipment required!

Stef spent 15 years as an educator in both the public K-12 setting and at the University level in Special Physical Education before making the leap to her true passion… the fitness world. She’s currently a personal trainer and wellness coach with a specialty in working with people with medical conditions and injuries.
