Introduction to the TRX for RVers

OK.  We admit it, we loved our time at Buckskin Mountain State Park in Arizona.  Here’s the last video we made there with some beginning TRX exercises.  The TRX is a piece of equipment we travel with that takes up almost no space.  It’s something you would have to buy, but you can use to work every part of your body.  At an RV park, all it takes is a tree, or any overhead attachment point, and you’re good to go.

Let us know if you like the TRX exercises and there’s lots more we can show you.  Enjoy!

Stefany Adinaro is an RVing fitness pro and is the self-proclaimed “better half” of the Fit RV website. While she loves her RV adventures, her favorite adventure is being “Mugga” to grandbabies Amelia and Eli. When she's not on the road, you can find her training clients in Salt Lake City, Utah.

Thanks for this video! I need to use my TRX more. Can you do a printable PDF of this also, Stef? Keep up the good work!
