Introduction to the TRX for RVers

OK.  We admit it, we loved our time at Buckskin Mountain State Park in Arizona.  Here’s the last video we made there with some beginning TRX exercises.  The TRX is a piece of equipment we travel with that takes up almost no space.  It’s something you would have to buy, but you can use to work every part of your body.  At an RV park, all it takes is a tree, or any overhead attachment point, and you’re good to go.

Let us know if you like the TRX exercises and there’s lots more we can show you.  Enjoy!

Stef spent 15 years as an educator in both the public K-12 setting and at the University level in Special Physical Education before making the leap to her true passion… the fitness world. Thanks for this video! I need to use my TRX more. Can you do a printable PDF of this also, Stef? Keep up the good work!
