Introduction to the TRX for RVers

OK.  We admit it, we loved our time at Buckskin Mountain State Park in Arizona.  Here’s the last video we made there with some beginning TRX exercises.

The TRX is a piece of equipment we travel with that takes up almost no space.  It’s a great way to jazz up any workout AND give you an excuse to get outside.  At an RV park or campground, all it takes is a tree, or any overhead attachment point, and you’re good to go!

Thanks for this video! I need to use my TRX more. Can you do a printable PDF of this also, Stef? Keep up the good work!
