Introduction to the TRX for RVers


OK.  We admit it, we loved our time at Buckskin Mountain State Park in Arizona.  Here’s the last video we made there with some beginning TRX exercises.

The TRX is a piece of equipment we travel with that takes up almost no space.  It’s a great way to jazz up any workout AND give you an excuse to get outside.  At an RV park or campground, all it takes is a tree, or any overhead attachment point, and you’re good to go!

Stef spent 15 years as an educator in both the public K-12 setting and at the University level in Special Physical Education before making the leap to her true passion… the fitness world.
