Pilates Inspired Core Workout from your RV

OK, for this one, we just happen to have our RV at the Grand Canyon!  But you don’t have to have such dramatic scenery to tighten up your core.

You can even complete this series of core exercises from inside your RV.  It’s based on the Pilates Series of 5, but we make some modifications to the workout, and show both beginner and advanced versions.


After 15 years as an educator in both the public K-12 setting and the University level in Special Physical Education, Stef made the leap to her true passion… the fitness world. She’s currently a personal trainer and wellness coach specializing in seniors, medical conditions, and injuries.
