OK, for this one, we just happen to have our RV at the Grand Canyon! But you don’t have to have such dramatic scenery to tighten up your core.
You can even complete this series of core exercises from inside your RV. It’s based on the Pilates Series of 5, but we make some modifications to the workout, and show both beginner and advanced versions.

GM. We are new RVers, with a year under our belt. I started the wall Pilates workout once or twice, but am struggling to find a suitable wall… We are in upstate NY and it’s winter here now, so doing it outside is not feasible for me at this time. Please let me know if you have any suggestions!
