TRX Inner Thigh Workout – from a Cruise Ship


 
With a full week in the middle of the Atlantic Ocean, we had plenty of time to try out new ways to exercise.  Fortunately, we had brought along our TRX, and were able to hook it up on our balcony.

I came up with this killer workout for inner thighs using the TRX.  Four moves that will leave your legs limp.  They are:

  1. Karate Squats – a one-legged side-kick motion
  2. Side Burpees – more difficult than a regular burpee
  3. Sumo Side Pulls – Not a lunge
  4. Scissor Lifts – the most targeted to the inner thigh

Some of these exercises require pretty good balance – even more so if you’re on a moving boat!
