We had to do SOMETHING when we were stuck in Medford, Oregon waiting for our RV to get fixed. So one afternoon, we took the TRX and headed to the park and filmed these leg exercises.

Now, being a cyclist, I tend to think I’ve got it covered when it comes to leg workouts, but this one really hit me. There are some power moves in this video – and I’m more used to working steady-state.

At any rate, this is another fine example of an excellent workout you can do with equipment you can carry in your RV. All we needed was the TRX, a tree, and a mat.

The five Leg Exercises are:

  1. Hamstring Curls
  2. Single Leg Reach
  3. TRX Mountain Climbers
  4. Single Leg Squats (also a super balance challenge)
  5. TRX Jump Squats
