Best RV Campground Guide Ever!

Yes, an actual paperback book. The 2015 Good Sam North American RV Travel and Savings Guide is AWESOME, and on sale now. You need to buy one. Now. Don’t wait.

My high praise for this guide *may* have something to do with Stef and me being featured in it on pages 69 and 70. Maybe.

But think about it for a minute. Yes, we do a lot of our trip planning and campground scouting online these days. But remember, online coverage is still not universal, while paper works anywhere. Also, you really don’t want to be working through spotty coverage on your tiny mobile phone screen while you’re moving and your RV pilot is bombarding you with:

“I need to know if I should take this next exit.”

“Is there a campground there?”

“Stef?”

“You’ve got about 30 seconds.”

“15 seconds!!!”

“STEF??!!”

“Do I exit?!! I need to know in 5 seconds!!”

“Ugh.  Nevermind.”

Even good cell coverage on a smartphone stinks under those circumstances. If you don‘t believe me, just ask Stef…   But remember, she likes to exaggerate what a grouch I can be.

You can also count on the guide to fill you in on things that may or may not be present in an online source, like campground amenities.

And speaking of campground facilities, we mention them in our article on the 5 Habits of Fit RVers. What are the 5 Habits of Fit RVers, you might ask? Well, you’ll have to get the guide and see for yourself! We can’t give everything away…

The 2015 Good Sam North American RV Travel and Savings Guide is on sale at Camping World locations around the country, and also available on Amazon.com.

I have heard this conversation before! Ha, ha. I am ordering this guide, not only because the FitRV is in it, but I will be able to look up the campgrounds and not rely on what was printed out from the internet! We always stay at Good Sam’s Campgrounds.
