Phew!
After getting back from touring the Coachmen Class B facility in Middlebury, Indiana last week, I actually squeezed in another roadtrip to see the fam in Salt Lake City! They’re a four hour drive from our new sticks and bricks, so an easy drive for us westerners used to big drives.
Now! We’re packing up yet again for our annual trek to the Florida RV Supershow. We’ll be at the show all day on Friday and Saturday (Jan 18th and 19th), so if you’re there don’t be surprised if you trip over James.
True fact: James actually wears clothes he’s okay with getting dirty when we go to shows because he KNOWS he’ll be crawling under RVs. It’s just who he is.
ANYWAYS.
To make it easier to meet any of you who’ll be there, we plan to be wandering in the Winnebago campervan display at two set times:
Better get back to packing… safe travels to everyone headed there, and we’ll see ya soon!
xoxo, Stef
Hey guys, will you be attending the Toronto RV show in February?
Hi Bill! We won’t be at the Toronto show unfortunately, but we WILL be all the way on the OTHER side of Canada at the Vancouver-area show… “The Early Bird RV Show” in February!
Stef, we enjoyed meeting you on Friday. Thanks for making time to visit. We always appreciate the thorough reviews you and James do. (And now that you’ve met us, you know why it’s such a help when you check the length of the beds! )
We look forward to meeting James the next time.
Jon and Marj
Awwww HI YOU TWO! It was such a pleasure chatting with you and I’m bummed to learn you never got an introduction to James. Oh well, we’ll just have to make that happen NEXT time we cross paths when YOU’RE IN YOUR FUTURE RIG! Have a happy and healthy 2019 and until we meet again! xoxo
Stef and James I really enjoy your videos!
I’m about 18 months from retirement and plan to head to Europe for up to a year after that. I’m a recreational cyclist and am considering Motorhomes and riding a lot while over there.
Any suggestions both about motorhoming and cycling over there?
Once I return I wish to do a multi-day ride in each state. Do you guys ever ride RAGBRAI?
Thanks,
Mark
Hi Mark! We haven’t done RAGBRAI, but I’d love to someday… it’s a rolling party! James shies away from non-competitive rides and has a hard time riding with people not trained to ride in packs LOL! I’ve done the TRAM (The Ride Across MN) years ago and loved it; it’s a similar format to RAGBRAI but also raises money for MS research. As for cycling Europe… GET TO MALLORCA! We spent a week riding there last February and it was amazing. There are loads of places to rent RVs from in Europe; just make sure you get the smallest one you can. You’ll appreciate that with the narrow roads over there. You’ll have to come back and give us tips after your Europe year! A year RVing and cycling in Europe… AMAZING!!!
