Workout with things in your RV – Leg and Coordination Exercises


Hello Fit RV Friends!  We made this video when we took our RV to Lake Mead.  It was a beautiful day, so naturally, I thought of exercising outdoors.

This is part of our series of “working out with stuff you already have in your RV” videos.  In this one, I show you how you can use a broomstick as a prop for a leg workout that will also challenge your balance and coordination.  These exercises are body weight only – there’s no added resistance.  So if you’ve got a stick – you’ve got no excuse!
