You’ve emailed requests for a printable RV workout plan and I’ve finally listened! Not to toot my own horn, but this bodyweight workout we’ve got here ROCKS, I’m so excited to share it with you. It’s going to be a fantastic resource for those of you who prefer not to travel with any exercise equipment in the RV. Now you’ve got no excuse about staying fit on the road. This workout can be done anywhere and needs nothing at all to perform.
I put thoughtful consideration into picking the exercises for it. The advanced versions of the exercises are challenging…be warned, this is no fluff workout. But if you’re new to fitness or need a gentler workout, I’ve got you covered, too. The video goes over modifications for beginners.
The exercises hit a little of every muscle group, plus they’ll challenge your coordination, range-of-motion & flexibility, and trust me…there’s a big cardio component too (as you’ll learn right away with exercise #1!).
There are 10 exercises in the workout plan and you’ll do them in circuit format. Repeat the circuit 3 times through, doing 10 reps of everything.

I’m grateful y’all motivated me to do this. Thanks, guys! I had so much fun making the printable… and isn’t it pretty?! As always, love your comments down below…let me know your thoughts!
xoxo,
Stef
My niece and i did it this morning and whew! What a workout! Loved it! Thanks Steph!
How fantastic! I’m so happy to hear it! Especially love you did this with your niece… way to model and encourage a healthy lifestyle! ❤️
Thank you for this.
You’re welcome, Kimberly! Stay strong! xo
Do you have any dvd’s of your senior exercises for sale? I am a senior and really like the one’s you show on Youtube. If you had them, I would buy them.
Hi Maya! No I don’t I’m so sorry. Apparently it’s possible to download YouTube videos and you can find instructions to do so through a Google search! Feel free to download any of my videos; I’d be thrilled to know they’re getting used! xoxo
Love and printed this out. Tried it out with my daily calisthenics but is a pretty big bite for my three score and 9 years even though I try to stay fit… I do intend to keep trying them but wonder if a subset would be good for “stretching and loosening up” before or after biking or indoor trainer? I’m sure I could probably study and figure that out but was surprised how “strenuous” these were when trying them and yes I tried the easier versions you recommend in the video. Thanks really enjoy your angle of RVing and cycling and am endeavoring to return to the level of fitness I enjoyed some three years ago before going back to a full time job and a short but significant illness and hospital stay.
Hi Guys Great work out. We bike and walk a lot must of the year but when winter comes we just don’t stay with it. This will be a great help. Thanks
Stef also put together a resistance bands workout that rocks. (With the same style printable.)
Just did this – I feel great! I love bodyweight stuff that you can do anywhere. Having equipment at all times is just a pain. Thanks for sharing, you two! 🙂
Just wanted to let you know that through your site and especially this video, you’ve inspired my wife and I to start a fitness plan. We are modifying it some to make it work for us for now since we are rather overweight (and frustrated). But our goal is to eventually be doing everything on the cheat sheet. This is only the third day, but we’re already starting to feel it. 🙂
So a little history; about 5 years ago we realized that we were fairly sedentary. We had been doing cardio walking but not much else. So we decided a lifestyle change was needed so we bought a kayak to do kayak fishing, and started limiting and changed our diets to be more natural. Still not working for me, we found my testosterone was in the basement – at 40 years old. So got that corrected and things improved but still not enough.
Over 2 years ago we moved into a 5th wheel RV full time and we are selling our house. We hoped that living more outdoors would take things to the next level. Now we are in the best shape we’ve been in since our 20’s, but we’ve been heavy most of our lives so we are having issues getting the long term fat to go away.
We discovered your site about a year ago but didn’t have the motivation to use it until now. We are currently focusing on workouts that burn belly fat as well as any other area that doesn’t get a lot of use. For instance, we can throw our 100lb kayaks around and pull them 6 miles down a half-dry river, but neither of us can do push-ups much at all.
Hopefully we’ll be able to give you a report in a few months with good news. 🙂
Thanks for your helpful site and for doing what you do!
Mike&Sarah
Hi Mike and Sarah! I missed when this comment came in, I’m so glad I’ve stumbled across it! Thanks for sharing your story…it made my day to hear how you’re making life changes to improve your health, good for you. It also sounds like you’ve set some goals for yourselves; that’s so important. Here’s some advice from me: write those goals down. Stick ’em somewhere you have to see them (the fridge?), and work together to hold each other accountable. It can be pretty powerful having a partner in it with you! Stay strong…and KEEP GOING! I’d love updates! xoxo
Although I’ll never likely be able to own the RV that I dream about, I keep checking your site for exercise ideas. Perfect timing. We’re using the wall for the strength portion in this session of our senior exercise class. Great video Stef! Print out is fantastic. Now you’ll always need to have an accompanying print out! Thanks a million! And James…thanks for the memories of what I could do a few decades ago.
Hi Marg! Yeah, I’ve been neglecting putting up new fitness content, promise I’ll be better! Glad you watched the video and saw the wall modifications. And yep I think you’re right. Now that I’ve done a print-out, I’ll probably hear it if I don’t ALWAYS have accompanying print-outs, lol! That’s fine by me, it was fun to make!
Love the printable workout and the modifications. I work with motivated wonderful seniors and I appreciate the creative and fun workouts you craft. In fact you are my most favorite online inspiration! Thank you for all the hard work it takes to put these together. Looking forward to what is next.
Terri, that’s so sweet! And even cooler is that you take the time and do research to seek out exercise inspiration for your classes. That says a lot about your dedication as a fitness instructor…keeping it fresh and current. Good for you, and so glad you found some of that inspiration here on my lil old website!!! xoxo
Great…….that is so good!
Hi Paul! Glad you liked!!! 🙂
This is fantastic! As you know many seniors can’t do all of these exercises as we are not as flexible as we use to be. I have found that your band workout is super for myself and my wife. Having a printable worksheet to go along with the video would really be nice. I look forward to your blog postings. So get on it – LOL
I use the beginner version of this workout with my seniors all the time! In the video I show modifications for “beginners”…you’ll have to check it out! AND! Next month I plan to do another printable workout plan using guess what…RESISTANCE BANDS! We’re in heavy travel/show season right now though, so fingers crossed I can get to it sooner rather than later! xoxo
I love that you have made this printable to go along with the workout, Stefany. It was exactly what I needed, as people say “well you do the such and such workout with 10 of each exercise..” but then I can’t ever remember the exercises or how they are done. Having the printable means that I don’t have to spend half my time trying to memorize the workout. Thank you! It will get laminated and go in the truck.
Oh my even laminated! That’s awesome! Glad it’ll be useful for you, Laura…my wheels are already turning on future printable workouts!!!
