Can you believe I filmed this workout in Salt Lake City in December?! A sixty degree sunny day… perfect for exercising outside. I really like workouts like this one. All the exercises are Pilates and yoga inspired, which means you’ll not only strengthen, you’ll also work your flexibility. It’s one of those do-anywhere workouts that takes very little space and works the entire body, but mostly works the core. It’s a great workout for RVers since you won’t need any equipment besides a yoga mat or a carpeted floor. You can do the exercises inside OR outside your RV! (The Yoga mat I’m using, by the way, comes from our friends at Hugger Mugger – a local Salt Lake City company.)
