Okay, so first for you RV nerds who noticed… yes, that is an EKKO behind me. And no, we didn’t already get ours! If you missed it on social media, James and I had the opportunity to test camp in a pre-production EKKO. We filmed this during our test camping time.

Now for this lovely little stretching routine: You asked, and I listened! Here is a second gentle relaxation workout video, thanks to all of you who reached out wanting another one! I’ve been so surprised (and happy!) about the response to the first one. Even though YouTube is over-saturated with workout vids, it appears extra gentle routines like this are harder to find. I hadn’t realized that! Hopefully you’ll like this one just as much as the first:

 

This workout is designed to lower your stress levels, get you relaxed and calm and in a better headspace. Just like the first gentle stretch routine, this workout is all standing and requires no equipment– although anyone with balance issues, please use a chair or a counter to hold on when you need to. The workout is gentle enough for beginners, seniors, and people who are flexibility-challenged.  Hope you’ll give it a try!
