Gentle Stretching Your Body Will Love

Okay, so first for you RV nerds who noticed… yes, that is an EKKO behind me. And no, we didn’t already get ours! If you missed it on social media, James and I had the opportunity to test camp in a pre-production EKKO. We filmed this during our test camping time.

Now for this lovely little stretching routine: You asked, and I listened! Here is a second gentle relaxation workout video, thanks to all of you who reached out wanting another one! I’ve been so surprised (and happy!) about the response to the first one. Even though YouTube is over-saturated with workout vids, it appears extra gentle routines like this are harder to find. I hadn’t realized that! Hopefully you’ll like this one just as much as the first:


This workout is designed to lower your stress levels, get you relaxed and calm and in a better headspace. Just like the first gentle stretch routine, this workout is all standing and requires no equipment– although anyone with balance issues, please use a chair or a counter to hold on when you need to. The workout is gentle enough for beginners, seniors, and people who are flexibility-challenged.  Hope you’ll give it a try!

      Stef, I love your fitness routines especially your standing yoga. I,m a senior who is a life-long exerciser but since the pandemic my classes have ended and I’ m enjoying my home routine even more, especially your moves and lovely voice. Are you anywhere near NYC?       At 74, I do the 20 minute posture routine everyday I can and have begun with cardio the cardio that follows it. I am conscious of my posture all the time now, can see the difference and feel good as well.

      I am 88 years old and found your workouts on YouTube two months ago and use one exercise everyday. My balance and stamina have greatly improved. I thank you for helping seniors to realize what benefit your workouts are. Hoping I can continue to improve my health.
